How do I sign up?
To create an account, click the Signup button (or click here) then provide your email address and select a password. Passwords must be at least 5 characters long. We recommend using a longer password with uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, spaces, and special characters.
Where is my Welcome Email?

School email systems are notorious for blocking emails without notifying you as the recipient or the sender. If you have not received an account creation email, but believe you should have please first contact your circuit administration.

If you are still experiencing issues after they have confirmed that you have been added to your group correctly, please email help@competitionsuite.com to request assistance. If you do not receive a response, it is very likely that support emails are not getting through, please contact your IT department for assistance.

Why can't I log in?

There are a few reasons you many not be able to log into CompetitionSuite.

  • If you do not have an account, you will not be able to log in. You will need to have an account created for you by your coach, director, or team administrator. If you aren't affiliated with a team, you'll need to contact your organization administrator to have your account set up.
  • If you are receiving a message similar to Inactive Account, this means your account has not been activated. You will need to use the link provided to you via email to set your password. Alternatively, you can use the Forgot your password? link on the login page.
  • If you are receiving a message stating that you are providing the wrong password, this means the password you typed in is not accurate. Please try typing the password again and make sure you don't have Caps Lock on. If you cannot remember your password, please use the Forgot your password? link on the login page.
  • The last possibility is Account Locked. This message means you have tried logging in 5 times unsuccessfully without a successful attempt in between. Your account will be locked for 15 minutes. This is to protect your account from automated attacks.

iPhone and iOS Devices
Please make sure that "cookies" are enabled on your device by going to Settings > Safari. The option Accept Cookies should say "From Visited" or "Always". (For security reasons, you should probably use "From Visited")

CompetitionSuite is a small company and we don't have the resources to provide phone support at this time. Please email help@competitionsuite.com for assistance. If we determine that a phone call is required, we'll set up a time to speak with you.
