Sending Email Notifications to Your Groups

CompetitionSuite provides useful tools for communicating with the admins and staff of your registered groups. One of these tools is the ability to send mass email messages.

This is a 1-way communication channel.  Recipients will not be able to respond to your message.  Please make sure to include a way for them to respond, if you are requesting a response.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your organization's account and click on the Email tab on the menu.
  2. Enter the Subject and message, and upload any attachments if applicable. Make sure to designate the recipients of your message by clicking on Groups and Judges on the right-hand side. You can select to send the message to Admins and Staff Members or Admins Only.
  3. Click on Send Message.
  4. Your groups will receive the message to the email address that was used to register in CompetitionSuite.
