Sending a Mass SMS Text Message to Groups in an Event

Another great communications tool provided by CompetitionSuite is the ability to send text messages to all coaches, directors, and staff attending an event. 

Here's how:

*Please note: The text messaging feature is only available on the Silver, Gold, and Platinum pricing levels:

1. Log in to your organization's CompetitionSuite account and click on Upcoming Events. Then click on the Details box in the event you are sending a text message for.

     2.  Click on Messaging in the upper menu.

     3.  Enter your message and click on Send Message. Be sure to click on the division you wish to send the message to under Divisions. The text will be sent to all contacts of groups registered for that division in this event.
