Voting - Creating Voting Items

Voting items are the individual questions your delegates will answer. A vote can have as many items as you need, and you can add or edit them at any time.

Create an Item

1. Open your vote and click Items on the menu, then click Create New Item.
2. Fill in the item's fields:
   • Name — a short name identifying the item.
   • Description — the question or statement being voted on.
   • Allowed Answers — how many options a delegate may select, from 1 to 10. Leave it at 1 for a single-choice question.
   • Options — the choices delegates can pick from. Click Add New Option for each one, and drag the handles to reorder them.
3. Click Save. The item is created and added to the list.

Edit or Remove an Item

Click an item, then click Modify to change its name, description, allowed answers, or options. To delete it, open the same window and click Remove Item.

Once your items are ready, open your vote so delegates can start voting.
