Cancelling an Event Registration

To cancel a group's event registration, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the Registration menu option on the left.
2. Click Cancel Registration next to the group you'd like to cancel.
3. Enter the name of the group you'd like to register and click the name from the options that appear. Please note, this action is irreversible and cannot be undone. The group will lose their timestamp for their registration.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Cancelling a group's registration in CompetitionSuite DOES NOT automatically issue a refund for the group. If a refund is due, you must process the refund outside of CompetitionSuite with your payment processor.
