Accessing your Group

Accessing your group with CompetitionSuite is easy! To get started, you'll need to make sure you've already created an account. If you haven't created an account yet, click here to get started. After you've created your account, follow these steps to connect to your group(s):

  1. Login into your account and click the "Find My Group" link on the left side menu.
  2. Fill in part of the name of your group and click Find My Group. For instance, if your group's name is "NYC Percussion Junior Varsity" you can search for "NYC". If your search is too general, you will be asked to be more specific. If you can't find your group, please contact the organization hosting the event for help locating your group.
  3. Click Request Access next to the correct group.
  4. The button will change to orange and say "Access Pending".

Once requested, an administrator on the group must approve your request. If there are no administrators currently managing the group, please contact the organization hosting the event for assistance. Once approved, the group will be added to your group list on the main menu.

Please note, CompetitionSuite staff cannot assist with granting access to groups. If you are having issues accessing your group, you must contact an existing Administrator for the group or the Organization hosting the event for assistance.
