Judge Assignments Report

The Judge Assignments Report displays a comprehensive view of which judges are assigned to each caption and division in your competition. Use this report to verify assignments before an event or print a reference sheet for tabulation staff.

Accessing the Report

1. Navigate to your event's competition
2. Click Reports in the competition navigation
3. Select Judge Assignments from the sidebar

Understanding the Report

The report is organized by scoring system, with each scoring system displayed in its own section.

Report Layout

Each scoring system section includes:

• Scoring System Name - Header showing which scoring system applies
• Division Column - Lists each division (and round, if applicable)
• Caption Columns - One column per judge position for each caption

Column Headers

The column headers display:

• Caption name (e.g., "Visual", "Music", "General Effect")
• Judge number if the caption has multiple judges (e.g., "Visual 1", "Visual 2")

Division Rows

Each row shows:

• Division initials (e.g., "SA", "WA", "IA")
• Round name appended if the division has multiple rounds (e.g., "SA - Finals")
• Judge name in each corresponding caption column

Reading the Report

Using the Report

Before the Event

• Verify all judge positions are filled
• Confirm judges are assigned to the correct captions
• Check for any missing assignments (empty cells)

During the Event

• Reference for tabulation staff
• Verify judges are scoring the correct divisions
• Troubleshoot scoring issues

Printing

The report is print-friendly and hides the sidebar navigation when printed. Use your browser's print function (Ctrl+P or Cmd+P) to print a hard copy.

Empty Assignments

If a judge position shows no name, the assignment is missing. To assign judges:

1. Go to the competition's Setup section
2. Select Judges from the setup navigation
3. Assign judges to the appropriate captions and divisions
