Event Registration Report

The Event Registration Report shows all groups that have registered for your event, including their registration status, dates, and priority order. Use this report to track registrations and monitor cancellations.

Accessing the Report

1. Navigate to your event's competition
2. Click Reports in the competition navigation
3. Select Event Registration from the sidebar

Understanding the Report

The report displays a table with all registration records for the event.

Report Columns

Registration Status Indicators

Groups are displayed with status labels:

• No label - Active registration
• waitlist (purple label) - Group is on the waitlist
• canceled (red label) - Registration has been canceled

Canceled registrations appear in italicized gray text to distinguish them from active registrations.

Registration Priority

The priority number determines the order of registration. Lower numbers indicate earlier registration. This priority may be used for:

• Determining performance order
• Managing waitlist position
• Resolving registration disputes

Using the Report

Monitor Registration Progress

Track how many groups have registered and when. Compare against your event capacity to determine if you need to:

• Open additional registration slots
• Close registration
• Manage a waitlist

Track Cancellations

See which groups have canceled and when. This helps you:

• Contact groups to understand cancellation reasons
• Offer spots to waitlisted groups
• Adjust event planning based on updated counts

Verify Waitlist Status

Groups on the waitlist are clearly marked, making it easy to:

• Identify groups waiting for spots
• Communicate with waitlisted groups
• Move groups off the waitlist when spots open

Sorting

The report is sorted by registration priority, showing groups in the order they registered.
