Scores Report
The Scores Report provides an unofficial view of competition scores, including division, group information, total scores, and ratings. This report is designed for tabulation and administrative purposes.
Accessing the Report
- Navigate to your event's competition
- Click Reports in the competition navigation
- Select Scores from the sidebar
Note: The Scores report only appears if you have score access permissions. If you don't see this option, contact your organization administrator.
Important Warning
The report displays this prominent warning:
Scores May Change! This is an unofficial report of scores and contains scores that may be incomplete and/or unverified. Use with caution!
Why Scores May Change
- Judges may still be entering or modifying scores
- Scores may not be verified or locked
- Penalty adjustments may not be applied
- Rating calculations may update
Understanding the Report
Report Columns
| Column | Description |

| Division | The division the group is competing in |
| Group | The name of the competing group |
| Location | The group's city/location |
| Score | The total calculated score |
| Rating | The assigned rating (if a rating system is configured) |

Report Sorting
Scores are displayed in performance order, grouped by:
- Division (in order configured for the competition)
- Round (if divisions have multiple rounds)
- Performance order within each round
Using the Report
During Tabulation
- Quick reference for score entry progress
- Identify groups without scores
- Spot-check calculations
Unofficial Preview
- Review score distribution before release
- Identify potential issues
- Prepare for score release
Administrative Purposes
- Internal record keeping
- Compare against manual calculations
- Troubleshoot scoring discrepancies
Limitations
This report is not intended for:
- Official score release to participants
- Final record of competition results
- Public distribution
For official scores, use the Recap Preview or Score Release features.
Missing Scores
If a group's score shows as blank or zero:
- Scores may not have been entered yet
- The group may not have performed
- There may be a technical issue with score calculation
Access Requirements
The Scores report requires score access permissions. To grant access:
- Navigate to the event's Setup section
- Select Access from setup navigation
- Assign appropriate access levels to users
