Casting your Vote

If you have been named your group's voting delegate, you cast your group's vote from the Overview page. You can only vote on items the organization has opened, and you can change your selection while an item is still open.

On the Overview page, look for the light blue section near the top that lists the votes you have access to.

1. Click Launch Ballot next to the vote you want to open.

2. A new window opens showing the vote's open items.

   There may not be any open items yet. Once the organization opens an item, it appears here and you can vote on it.

   

3. When an item is open, click a button to make your selection. Your vote is saved automatically.

4. To change your vote while the item is still open, just click a different selection.

Leave the ballot window open during the meeting — new items appear automatically as the organization opens them.
