Event Registration Reports
Event Registration Reports show registration activity across all events in a season. Two views are available: by Events (showing totals per event) and by Groups (showing each group's registration history).
Event Registration - By Events
This view shows registration counts for each event in the season.
Columns Displayed

| Event Name | The event title |
| Event Date | When the event takes place |
| Registrations | Total number of group registrations |
| Cancellations | Number of canceled registrations |
Use Cases
- Track event popularity — See which events have the most interest
- Monitor registration deadlines — Check totals as deadlines approach
- Identify low-enrollment events — Find events that may need promotion
Event Registration - By Groups
This view shows each group's registration history throughout the season.
Columns Displayed

| Group Name | The group's name |
| Division | The group's competitive division |
| Events Registered | Number of events the group is registered for |
| Total Spent | Sum of registration fees paid |
Accessing Group Details
If you have group management access, click a group name to view their detailed registration history.
Use Cases
- Review group participation — See how many events each group attended
- Track revenue by group — View total spending per group
- Identify active members — Find your most engaged groups
Exporting Data
Both report views support CSV export:
- Click Export to CSV in the top-right corner
- The file downloads immediately
- Open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application
The export includes all columns and rows visible in the report.
Understanding the Data
Registration Counts
The registration count reflects completed registrations only. Pending or in-progress registrations are not included.
Cancellation Tracking
Cancellations are tracked separately to help you understand:
- Net attendance (registrations minus cancellations)
- Cancellation patterns across your season
Financial Totals
Amounts shown reflect the registration fee totals. They may not include:
- Additional fees or add-ons
- Discounts applied after registration
- Refunds processed separately
