Season Reports Overview
Season Reports provide consolidated views of your organization's data across an entire season. Access membership information, event registration history, scores, receipts, and video download statistics from one central location.
Accessing Season Reports
- Navigate to your organization
- Click Reports in the main navigation
- Select any report from the Season Reports section in the left sidebar
- Choose a season from the dropdown at the top of the page
Available Reports
| Report | Description |

| Season Membership | Groups enrolled in the season with registration details |
| Event Registration (By Events) | Registration counts broken down by event |
| Event Registration (By Groups) | Registration history for each group |
| Event Receipts | Payment receipts from event registrations |
| Season Scores | Score summaries across all events |
| Video Downloads | Video download activity by group |
Common Features
All season reports share these features:
Season Selection
Use the dropdown at the top of any report to switch between seasons. The report automatically refreshes when you select a different season.
Export to CSV
Click the Export to CSV button in the top-right corner to download the report data. The export includes all visible columns and rows in spreadsheet format.
Loading States
Reports may take a moment to load, especially for seasons with many events or groups. A loading indicator displays while data is being retrieved.
When to Use Season Reports
Season Reports are helpful for:
- Year-end reviews — Summarize participation and scores for annual reports
- Financial reconciliation — Verify event payments and receipts
- Membership tracking — Monitor group enrollment throughout the season
- Trend analysis — Compare registration patterns across events
