Video Downloads Report
The Video Downloads Report tracks video download activity for the season. See which groups have downloaded their performance videos and identify any groups that haven't accessed their content.
What's Included
The report shows video download statistics for all groups in the selected season.
Columns Displayed
| Column | Description |

| Group | The group's name |
| Division | The competitive division |
| Videos Available | Number of videos available for download |
| Videos Downloaded | Number of videos the group has downloaded |
| Last Download | Date of most recent download |
Using This Report
Monitor Video Access
Track which groups are accessing their performance videos:
- Review the "Videos Downloaded" column
- Compare against "Videos Available"
- Identify groups with low or zero downloads
Follow Up with Groups
If groups haven't downloaded their videos:
- Filter for groups with zero downloads
- Send a reminder about video availability
- Provide instructions for accessing videos
Verify Video Delivery
Confirm videos are reaching groups:
- Check that "Videos Available" counts are correct
- Verify downloads are occurring after upload
- Investigate if downloads seem blocked
Exporting Data
Click Export to CSV to download:
- Complete download statistics
- All groups in the season
- Timestamps of last downloads
Understanding the Data
Download Tracking
A "download" is counted when:
- A group member initiates a video download
- The download completes successfully
Multiple downloads of the same video by the same group count as multiple downloads.
What's Included
- Performance videos uploaded by your organization
- Downloads by any group member (admin or staff)
- All events in the selected season
What's Not Included
- Streaming views (only downloads are tracked)
- Downloads by organization staff
- Videos from other organizations
Empty States
If the report shows no data:
- No season selected — Choose a season from the dropdown
- No videos uploaded — No performance videos have been uploaded this season
- No groups registered — The season has no enrolled groups
