Your Access as a Staff Member

As a Staff Member, you have full access to your group's performance content. This guide explains what you can see and do.

What You Can Access

Scores and Commentary

You can view all scores and judge commentary for every performance. This includes:

All captions (individual judge feedback)
Score summaries
Detailed breakdowns

Videos

When videos are available, you can:

Play performance videos
Download videos for offline viewing

Resources

You have full access to the Resources section, including any files, documents, or materials your group admin has shared.

Recaps

You can view recaps when they're released to your group, even before they're made public.

Notifications

You receive all group notifications, including:

Schedule updates
Score release announcements
Group communications

What You Cannot Do

Staff Members cannot:

Add or remove group members
Change member types
Grant caption access to competitors
View the member audit log

These management features are reserved for group Admins.

Need Admin Access?

If you need to manage group members, contact your group admin to request being changed to the Admin member type.
