Viewing Registrants
The Current Registrants view shows which groups have registered for an event before the lineup is finalized. Use this to see your registration status and who else has signed up.
Accessing the Registrant List
- Navigate to Events > Upcoming Events
- Find the event you want to view
- Click the Current Registrants tab
Note: This tab only appears while registration is open and before the event organizer has imported registrations into the competition schedule.
Registrant Display
Division Sections
Registrants are organized by the division they registered for:
- Division Name - The competitive division
- Group Names - All groups registered for that division
Waitlist Indication
If a division has reached capacity, additional registrations may be placed on a waitlist. Waitlisted groups are shown in italicized, lighter text with "(Waitlist)" next to their name.
Being on the waitlist means:
- The division is currently full
- You will be added to the lineup if a spot opens
- The event organizer may contact you about availability
Contact the event organizer if you have questions about your waitlist status.
Finding Your Group
Scroll through the divisions to find your group's name. Your group will be listed under the division you registered for.
If you don't see your group listed:
- Your registration may not have been completed
- You may have registered for a different event
- The registration deadline may have passed before you registered
Contact the event organizer or check your email for registration confirmation.
After Registration Closes
Once the event organizer finalizes the lineup, the Current Registrants tab will be replaced with competition-specific lineup tabs (e.g., "Prelims Groups", "Finals Groups").
The lineup tabs show the actual performance order, while the registrant list only shows who signed up.
