Upcoming Events Overview
The Upcoming Events page is your central hub for viewing and preparing for all events your group is registered for. From here, you can see competition lineups, upload performance music, sign up for critique sessions, and submit required files.
Note: The Upcoming Events page is designed for desktop browsers. Mobile and tablet devices are not supported.
Accessing Upcoming Events
- Navigate to your Group from the dashboard
- Click Events in the top navigation menu
- Select Upcoming Events from the left sidebar
Page Layout
Event Cards
Each upcoming event is displayed as a card showing:

| Organization Name | The organization hosting the event |
| Event Name | The name of the competition or event |
| Date(s) | When the event takes place |
| Location | Where the event is held (if provided) |
Event Navigation Tabs
Each event card contains tabs on the left side for accessing different features:

|---|---|
| [Competition] Groups | View the lineup of groups competing in each competition |
| Current Registrants | See which groups have registered (before lineup is finalized) |
| Performance Music | Upload or view your performance music files |
| Critique Signup | Register for post-performance critique sessions |
| Submissions | Upload required files (videos, documents, etc.) |
The available tabs depend on what features the event organizer has enabled and your staff permissions.
Tab Availability
Lineup vs. Registrants
- Current Registrants - Shown while registration is open and before lineups are finalized
- [Competition] Groups - Shown after the event organizer imports registrations or adds groups to the schedule
Feature-Dependent Tabs
Some tabs only appear when the event organizer has enabled specific features:
- Performance Music - Requires the event to accept performance music uploads
- Critique Signup - Requires the event to offer critique sessions
- Submissions - Requires the event to request file submissions
Permission-Based Access
Certain tabs require specific staff permissions:

Tip: Staff members with Administrator access automatically have permission for all tabs, including Music Upload, Critique Signup, and Submissions.
If you see a tab but it appears grayed out with a tooltip, you don't have the required permission. Contact your group administrator to request access.
Bronze Events
Some events (such as solo and ensemble festivals) use a simplified "Bronze" format. Bronze events display only the Submissions tab, as they focus on file uploads rather than live performances. See Bronze Events for more information.
Status Indicators
Some tabs display status icons to help you track completion:

|---|---|
| Green checkmark | Action completed (music uploaded, registered for critique, etc.) |
| Yellow warning triangle | Action needed (music not yet uploaded, not registered for critique) |
Past Events
To view events from previous years, use the Past Events section in the left sidebar. Select a year to see all events your group participated in during that season.
Empty State
If you see "There are no upcoming events!", this may mean:
- You don't have any events scheduled yet
- Your organization hasn't added you to any upcoming events
- Registration periods haven't opened yet
Contact your circuit or organization administrator if you believe you should see upcoming events.
