Clearing/Removing Commentary

Clearing commentary prevents groups and judges from accessing the commentary file.  You may want to clear a commentary file if the judge records the incorrect group, forgets to hit stop at the end of the recording, or if the file is invalid.

  1. To clear a commentary file, go to the appropriate event's commentary page.
  2. Find the appropriate group and judge
  3. Click the Upload History button
  4. Click the Clear Active File button.

The commentary is no longer active.  People with access to manage the event will still have access to the file.
