Adding Groups to a Competition
A groups must already exist in your organization before you can add them to a competition. Learn how to create a group in your organization.
In order to be able to score groups in your event, you need to assign them under an event Performance in CompetitionSuite.
Here is how to do so:
- Once logged in, click on Details in the event you want to assign groups to.
- Click on Lineup in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
- In the pop-up box, click Active on the applicable division(s), and click Save.
- Click on the division name and in the pop-up box, enter all of the groups who will be competing in this event. Once finished, click Close.
You can click on Randomize Performance Order to have the system randomly select the order of performance. If your competition uses Rounds, click on Use Rounds located to the bottom left of the box.
In this screen, you can also click on the Judges tab to assign judges for this event that are already in the system. To enter new judges into CompetitionSuite, see here.
