How do I reset my password?
If you don't remember your password, you can reset it in a few steps.
Request a password reset
- Go to the login page and click Forget your password? — or go directly to the password reset page.
- Enter the email address associated with your CompetitionSuite account and submit the form.

Check your email. You'll receive a message from CompetitionSuite with a link to reset your password. Click the link (or copy and paste it into your browser).

Enter your new password twice. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long — we recommend a longer password with a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

Return to the login page and log in with your new password.
Didn't receive the email?
- Check your spam or junk folder. The message comes from CompetitionSuite.
- Make sure you used the right email address. The reset email is only sent if the address matches an existing account. If you have multiple email addresses, try the others.
- Wait a few minutes before requesting again. For security, only one reset email is sent per 15 minutes for the same address — repeated requests during that window are ignored.
- School or organization email? Some school district firewalls block outside email. See School Firewalls.
Reset link expired?
Reset links remain valid for 30 days. If your link has expired, simply request a new one.
