Set Up Season Membership
Season membership allows you to control how groups register for your season. You can require membership before groups register for events, set up tiered pricing, and manage group approval workflows.
Accessing Membership Setup
- Navigate to Settings > Seasons
- Click on an existing season
- Select the Membership Setup tab
Enable Season Membership
Toggle Enable Season Membership to Yes to activate membership features for this season. When disabled, groups can register for events without going through membership signup.
Event Registration Options
These settings control how membership affects event registration:
Membership Payment Required for Event Registration
| Setting | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Yes | Groups must pay their membership fees before they can register for any events |
| No | Groups can register for events with unpaid membership |
When this is set to Yes, the "Allow Event Registration During Membership Sign-up" option is automatically disabled.
Allow Event Registration During Membership Sign-up

| Yes | Groups can register for events as part of the membership signup process |
| No | Groups complete membership signup first, then register for events separately |
This option is only available when "Membership Payment Required for Event Registration" is set to No.
Group Management Options
New Groups Require Approval

This is useful when you want to verify group credentials before allowing them to participate.
