Releasing Scores

Releasing scores allows your groups, judges, and/or the public to view scores and recaps.

Releasing Scores

1. Navigate to Score Release for your event.
2. Click the toggle switch of the level you'd like to release for each division and/or round.

Groups and Judges may be notified when you release scores in their respective areas

Releasing to Groups

Performance Summaries - Gives groups access to view their Performance Summary.  Score summaries are available to groups via the CompetitionSuite website.

Recap - Gives groups access to view the recap of their division/round.  Recaps are available to groups via the CompetitionSuite website and the CompetitionSuite Commentary app.

Releasing to Judges

Recap - Gives judges access to view the recaps of the competition.  Recaps are available to judges via the CompetitionSuite website.

Releasing to Public

Scores - Gives the public access to scores via CompetitionSuite Bridge or Pages. (Scores must be released to display in CompetitionSuite Bridge, releasing only Recaps is insufficient.)

Recap - Gives the public access to recaps via CompetitionSuite Bridge or Pages.

Releasing Scores for Programmatic Access

API - Releases the scores to the API for programmatic access

Programmatic access refers to the ability to interact with CompetitionSuite through code or scripts, rather than through manual user interface interactions. It enables developers to access and manipulate data, functions, and other resources through APIs, allowing for efficient and automated processing.
