Managing Seasons
Seasons help you organize your events from year to year. Think of a season as a container that groups related events together, making it easier to manage registrations, memberships, and scoring across your organization.
What is a Season?
A season defines a time period (typically a competitive year) during which:
- Events are scheduled and run
- Groups register and pay membership fees
- Default scoring systems apply to competitions
Most organizations create one season per competitive year (e.g., "2024-2025 Winter Season").
Accessing Season Management
- Log in to CompetitionSuite as an organization administrator
- Navigate to Settings > Seasons
