Voting - Secret Votes

A secret vote lets delegates cast their vote while keeping their choice private. Organization administrators can see that a delegate has voted, but not which option they chose. Results still show the total count for each option — just not who picked what.

Important: Making an item a secret vote cannot be undone. Once an item is secret, no one can ever see how an individual voted, only that they voted.

Make an Item Secret

1. Open your vote, click Items, click the item you want to change, and click Modify.
2. Click Make Vote a Secret.
3. Click Yes to confirm. Remember, there is no going back once you confirm.

Once an item is secret, you can no longer edit an individual group's response, and the responses list shows "Response Received" instead of the option each group chose.
