Judge Recaps

Purpose
Judge Recaps serve several important functions:
- Score Verification - Judges can confirm their submitted scores match what they intended
- Sync Confirmation - Verify that all scores successfully transferred from tablets to the scoring system
- Paper Trail - Create a printed record of judge scores for archival purposes
- Error Detection - Identify any discrepancies between intended and recorded scores before release
